Overview
Forton Coaching specialises in leadership coaching: to support executives, leaders and managers to lead with ease. The first leadership coaching model to be accredited by the ICF, our programmes support coaches, managers and organisations around the world to create a culture of successful leadership.
The Professional Leadership Coach Training Programme is in two parts:
- Part One: Certified Leadership Coach – a complete package of support for coaches to achieve the ICF ‘Associate Certified Coach’ credential
- Part Two: Professional Leadership Coach – taking coaches to the ‘Professional Certified Coach’ credential level.
Use your leadership coaching skills to support people to lead, engage and inspire others. Suitable for in-house coaches and those looking to develop an independent coaching practice.

This programme is step one towards becoming a Professional Leadership Coach. Students can register for this level 1 stand-alone course, or go straight to level 2.
Certified Leadership Coach gives a comprehensive understanding of theory and practical methods to coach people working in leadership, management or supervisory roles. Practice coaching and being coached to the ICF "ACC" (Associate Certified Coach) standard in real life situations

By the end of the three modules you will learn how to:
- Use coaching skills and principles with confidence
- Coach clients to grow as leaders
- Coach for:

Professional Leadership Coach
This level 2 programme is the fourth model towards becoming a Professional Leadership Coach. Students can register for the level 1 course first, or go straight to level 2.
Professional Leadership Coach gives an in-depth understanding of theory and practical methods to coach people working in leadership, management or supervisory roles.
It builds on the foundation skills experienced at level one, and practices coaching and being coached to the ICF ‘PCC’ (Professional Certified Coach) standard in real life situations.
